Welcome to our judges for 2017

Each year our curator Brett Lethbridge works tirelessly to put together an exquisite exhibition with includes our awards ceremony at Opening Night. This year we welcome Kay Kane – Doctor of Visual Arts, Fine Art at the Queensland College of Art, Russell Craig – Senior Lecturer in Fine Art at Griffith University and Dianne Kelly author and teacher, Watercolour painting. Brett and our judges spent hours carefully considering the merits of individual artwork for the following award categories: Best Acrylic, Best Watercolour, Best Oil, Best Mixed Media, Best 3D and the highly coveted Best of Show. The winners will be announced at our Opening Night Tuesday 16 May and will be online to view 17 May. We would like to thank Kay, Russell and Dianne for bringing their expertise to the Rotary Art Spectacular.
